Exploiting the potential

We initiated a strategy with the WRU to explore the retail potential through previously untapped digital channels. Recommending an initial campaign of email and digital approach and delivering the creative strategy resulted in a incredible increase in their e-commerce sales.

The resulting confidence in this approach lead us to work with the WRU to plan ahead strategically with merchandise and branding opportunities based around on the pitch results.

This partnership of forward planning and being in a position to exploit great pitch moments during the RWC 2011 and their Six Nations campaign helped achieve an increase of over £250k of merchandise sales.
